    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly self-motivated, relentless and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team at a large Domestic and Import dealership in Missouri.

    As a Full Time Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service in the automotive industry.

    This is an individual contributor role that offers competitive compensation of $125,000 per year ++. We are not looking for a "job hopper". Our turnover in this dealership is far below industry standard and we want to keep it that way.

    • Compensation of $125,000 per year ++

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership goals and targets
    • Supervise and train a team of sales representatives to ensure they are meeting their sales objectives
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
    • Foster positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
    • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers
    • Regularly review and update sales processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
    • Utilize various sales techniques to close deals and achieve individual and team sales goals
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to provide a seamless customer experienceRequirements:
    • Previous experience in automotive sales management
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
    • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
    • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
