Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support professional to provide reliable day-to-day technical assistance in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for supporting internal users, maintaining endpoint and SaaS systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely technical support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and access-related issues
- Manage onboarding and offboarding by provisioning and deprovisioning user accounts, devices, and system access
- Triage, prioritize, and resolve support tickets, escalating complex or unresolved issues as needed
- Support and troubleshoot a variety of SaaS applications and cloud-based tools
- Assist with device management and endpoint support using MDM solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support roles such as helpdesk or desktop support, preferably in startup or MSP environments
- Exposure to automation tools
- Familiarity with macOS and Windows operating systems
- Basic understanding of user access management, roles, and SaaS administration
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills, particularly in remote support environments

This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $ $38.00/hr.
