Job Overview:
Duties:
- Manage and lead architectural projects through all phases of design and construction
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Utilize software such as Rhinoceros 3D, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Grasshopper, NavisWorks, and Adobe Creative Suite for project development
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Prepare and review architectural plans, drawings, and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software for drafting and design purposes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in negotiating contracts and managing project budgets
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
Pay:
$60, $80,000.00 per year
