    Salary Range: $ $24.50 per hour

Bainbridge Senior Living consists of four family-owned and operated Assisted Living & Retirement Communities along Madison Avenue on beautiful Bainbridge Island, Washington.

    Position Overview:

    The Primary purpose of the Concierge is to provide exceptional customer service while supporting the operational needs of the facility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Resident Engagement: Provide top notch concierge services while creating positive interactions with our residents
    2. Team Player: Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure top level concierge services are provided while working together to problem solve
    3. Community Relations: Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and the broader community to create a supportive and inclusive living environment.
    4. Quality of Care: Ensure highest quality of concierge services are provided to residents while meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
    5. Organizational Support and Professionalism: Follows all policies and procedures while supporting the organization's goals and values and remaining professional at all times.

    Qualifications:

    1. Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D) preferred. Valid Driver's License and 5 years of clean driving experience. MAST certification and WA State Food Worker's Card Required.
    2. Abilities:
      1. Proficient at reading, writing, and communicating in English
      2. Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
      3. Able to push, pull, carry and walk 75% of the work day
