Your responsibilities

Support for people with disabilities in the context of ambulatory assisted living, such as assistance with relationship building, living and selfcare, and leisure activities
Collaboration with caregivers, authorities, and institutions
Ensuring and maintaining professional standards and quality management

Your profile

Completed training as a social care worker or equivalent
High level of resilience, organizational skills, empathy, and sensitivity
Flexibility and ability to work in a team
Class B driver's license (old: 3) advantageous
Personal commitment and a positive attitude towards the goals and social mission of Caritas
