Job Summary:
The Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering profitable sales and completed installations for Indy Roof and Restoration.

Primary duties include delivering primary or better sales results, ensuring process is always followed, door knocking to bring in new business, running company-generated lead appointments, and seeing projects through to completion.


Essential Functions:

  • Delivers profitable revenue through sales and project management by
- door knocking
- relationship building
- social media
- running company generated leads

  • Conducts roof, gutter, siding, etc. inspections to educate the customer
  • Close deals related to insurance restoration, retail sales, and sells upgrades
  • Ensures work submitted is accurate, meets profit guidelines, and is complete on all new orders
  • Ensures Indy Roof and Restoration processes are followed, and ensures subcontractors also follow buildday guidelines
  • Communicates with other teams proactively on all matters
  • Resolves customer complaints
  • Identifies potential problems and points of friction, working to find solutions that maximize efficiency and quality
  • Complete all other duties as assigned
