It is required that you must have a vehicle for the position
Job description:
- Greeting Guest and Residents
- Answer phones and taking messages/maintenance request
- Receive and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Issue parking passes/Warnings
- Update and maintain Logbook
- Assist residents and guests/Leasing office
- Monitoring cameras and property to ensure safety.

Job Types:

Pay:
$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
- Concierge: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Washington, DC 20024: Relocate before starting work (required)
