    Sales Coordinator - Wise Platform

    $80,000-110,000 + RSU + Benefits

    Meet Wise Platform

    We're looking for a Sales Coordinator, who is passionate about the Wise mission – money without borders.

    You'll be a part of the Wise Platform team, helping deliver world class payment service solutions to our partners and their customers, powered by the Wise infrastructure.


    We've launched partnerships globally, with the likes of Google Pay, Aspire, Xero and Mandiri, and today have 70+ global banks and platforms connected and powered by Wise Platform.

    We're looking for a sales individual with a track record of experience working with/selling to Banks and Global Businesses in North America, to help take Wise and Wise Platform integrated partnerships to the next level with the most senior banks and global enterprises in the region.

    About the Role


    As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the success of our sales team by actively engaging in live opportunities and working on global initiatives to enhance our sales processes.

    Your focus will be on tasks such as data-focused presentations, tailoring pitch-decks, RFP submissions, working with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on deal timelines and more.

    . Your efforts will directly impact our ability to sell better, quicker, and larger deals.

    Your Mission


    Creating sales collateral, crafting compelling messaging, collaborating closely with product and pre-sales teams, and coordinating deal timelines to ensure internal alignment.


    Support the sales team on live opportunities by assisting in tasks such as creating data-focused presentations, tailoring pitch-decks, and participating in RFP submissions.


    Collaborate with the wider sales operations team to impact global initiatives, adding resources and tools to empower selling individuals for more effective, efficient, and successful deals.

    About You

    1-3 years of experience in a sales role at a bank or fintech company.

    Experience as part of a team selling to financial institutions and global enterprises.

    Able to extract and translate raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.


    Have a keen eye for detail and an ability to discern key trends, outliers and correlations, facilitating informed decision making processes.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Detail-oriented and organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    A proactive and creative thinker who can contribute fresh ideas to the team.

    Some Extra Skills That Would Be Awesome

    Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)

    Knowledge of of Looker and extrapolating data from the tool

    Qualifications


    • Must be certified in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and proficient in Google Suite
    • General understanding of Salesforce Amadeus fdc (Delphi)
    • Work closely with sales managers and the group reservations team to prepare addendums as needed.
    • Assist in the preparations of site inspections and on occasion participate in site inspections alongside or on behalf of the sales team
    • Run GRC reports, pace reports, forecasting reports, prospecting reports and distribute accordingly
    • Acts as the gatekeeper for all sales contracts, ensuring all details & deposit schedules are correct
    • Works with the group sales managers to audit bookings and turn contracts definite
    • Execute contract turnovers (ensuring all contract details are noted in Delphi and Opera PMS)
    • Run Market Data reports as needed
    • Facilitate weekly/monthly GRC pickup
    • Assist with VIP/Site reservations on behalf of the sales team as needed (comps/discounted rates, comp activities, Opera notes)
    • Attend Pre-Cons as requested by the sales and/or events manager
    • Daily touch base with in-house planners as needed by the sales managers
    • Keep current with all communication and hotel information
    • Planner follow up (professional written/email, phone conversations, timely text, etc.) at the request of the sales team
    • Assist sales managers in all capacities to ensure maximization of hotel room revenue and occupancy
    • Maintain team production report and alignment of department revenue goals
    • Create sales messaging via Canva and Groove Templates for the sales team in collaboration with marketing efforts
    • Design and implement sales projects on a case by case basis (ex: mountain goat competition, kicker opportunities, prospecting/soliciting competitions, etc.)
    • Assist with the preparation of pre-trip expense forms, trip reports, logging of Delphi activities on behalf of sales managers, etc.
