As a Berlin-based boutique recruitment agency, we are searching for suitable candidates for the role of (senior) HR Controller (m/f/d) for our client's location in Hillcrest Heights, MD.
Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for questions related to social security and labor law
- Liaison with external tax advisors
- Payroll processing
- Analysis of key figures, management reports, and personnel planning
- Support in group personnel controlling
- Coordination of taxrelated issues
Qualifications:
- Excellent Excel skills
- Good knowledge of German social security and tax law
- Advanced knowledge of payroll processing
- SAP experience is desirable, but not mandatory
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Analytical and responsible work approach
