As a Berlin-based boutique recruitment agency, we are searching for suitable candidates for the role of (senior) HR Controller (m/f/d) for our client's location in Hillcrest Heights, MD.


Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for questions related to social security and labor law
  • Liaison with external tax advisors
  • Payroll processing
  • Analysis of key figures, management reports, and personnel planning
  • Support in group personnel controlling
  • Coordination of taxrelated issues

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Good knowledge of German social security and tax law
  • Advanced knowledge of payroll processing
  • SAP experience is desirable, but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Analytical and responsible work approach
