Compensation:
$15-$17 per hour, $25 per appointment set, $75 per reroof sold by our Sales Team on your appointment.

CANVASSER - DOOR TO DOOR APPOINTMENT SETTER

Our neighborhood canvassers will serve as official Landmark Roofing and Construction representatives to promote, market, solicit, and increase the brand awareness of the company.

The job of the canvasser is to book qualified appointments with the home owner(s) to receive a complimentary 15 point storm damage inspection.

We will assign you specific hail/wind storm damaged neighborhoods to canvass.

Perfect for someone who enjoys being outdoors and meeting new people And, is great for someone seeking extra part-time work on the weekends, currently in school, or recently graduated.

The canvasser must have exceptional communication skills with a results-oriented mentality.

As a first point-of-contact, the canvasser must be able to serve with a high level of professionalism to represent the brand image and also possess an openness to individuals from all backgrounds.

YOUR JOB IS SIMPLE - Can you say... "Hello There, my name is.

I am with Landmark Roofing and Construction and we are currently in your neighborhood as a result of the recent storm offering a FREE no obligation inspection.

If your roof is damaged, we take photos, videos, and measurements and assist you during the insurance process - Providing you with a 'Worry Free' experience.

HOW EASY IS THAT? A great attitude is required.

Knocking on doors has never been easier, we have an aggressive canvassing marketing plan to get the word out by going door to door to homeowners in need of our services.

We promote quickly and have lots of room for advancement. We do have in-home Sales positions available as well.

Canvassing Goal:

20 doors per hour average

A typical day includes:

Engage community by canvassing doortodoor
Work at least 4 hours per shift, we are canvassing 6 days a week
Report and complete daily goals to the manager

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have reliable transportation
Must have valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Participate and complete all required training
Strong communication skills, are outgoing, honest and hardworking
Presentable attire + comfortable shoes (casual, free of rips, holes, tears, and logo's)
Must be able to walk for 4 hours
Ability to work outside and walk/stand for extended periods of time
Can work well with both a team and alone
Distribute educational materials doortodoor
Perform targeted doortodoor canvassing in assigned, preselected communities
