For a project with our client, a renowned IT company, we are looking for reinforcements for our team - starting immediately.


Your responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for hardware and software support/troubleshooting
  • You will be in charge of printer/multifunction device maintenance
  • Troubleshooting printer issues and setting up printers on the network are also part of your responsibilities
  • You will assist with rollouts
  • You will handle software reinstallation via SCCM and Active Directory
  • You will perform documentation and maintain databases

What you bring to the table:

  • You have completed training in the IT field and have experience in IT support
  • You are familiar with working with SCCM and Active Directory
