- Identifying brand targets for each brand to gift via in person showroom appointments with talent directly, their PA, stylist or facilitating gifting via send outs.
- Handle stylist sample requests, online orders, and showroom pulls
- Track social media accounts and photo agency sites daily to find placements and send to clients
- Upkeep ongoing reporting for various clients including weekly, monthly and quarterly reports — analyzing + summarizing data (calculating total impression #, examining trends, gathering feedback, and sharing insights, etc.)
- Assist in the showroom as needed — physical tasks may include: unpacking shipments, organizing back stock, re-stocking showroom floor, etc
- Ideal candidate must have a preexisting roster of celebrity contacts, personal assistants, stylists as well as talent publicists & managers.
- 3+ years relevant job experience -- prior agency experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a quick, fast-paced environment
- Self-starter approach toward work with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
- Knowledge and experience with Google Docs, Google Slides, Canva, Instagram, & TikTok
