    Role Description
    This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager/Lead.

    The Quality Assurance Manager/Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the quality assurance process within the organization.

    This includes developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections and audits, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

    The Quality Assurance Manager/Lead will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
    Qualifications
    Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
    Experience in developing and implementing quality control procedures
    Ability to conduct inspections, audits, and performance evaluations
    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    Effective communication and leadership abilities
    Proficiency in quality management software and tools
    Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
    Experience in the building or manufacturing industry is a plus
    Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
