As a Front Desk Agent, you will be required to work at all 3 properties: Pelham House Resort, Pelham on Earle, and Pelham in Main; acting as the first point of contact between guests and Pelham Hospitality, while upholding company culture and making guests feel welcomed and valued.


Your duties:

  • Make telephone and online reservations for resort and resort restaurants.
  • Assist in managing guests check in and check out process and billing.
  • Resolve guest concerns and implement resolutions using discretion and judgment.
  • Ensure that guest spaces and lobby are always clean and tidy.

Maintain complete knowledge at all times of:

  • Pelham Hospitality's three unique properties:
  • Pelham House Resort
Dennis Port: 33 rooms and suites, 3 restaurants and bars, wedding venue and event space.

  • Pelham on Earle
  • Harwich: 27 rooms, restaurant and bar.


  • Pelham on Main

  • Dennis: 27 rooms and suites.
  • All hotel features, services and hours of operation.
  • All room types, numbers, layout, décor, appointments and location.
  • All room rates, special packages, promotions and events.
  • Daily house counts and expected arrivals and departures.
  • Room availability status for any given day.

Concierge Duties:

  • Educate guest about Cape Cod and Dennis Port.
  • Offer to assist in making restaurant and activity reservations.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and any department including the kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance etc.
  • Regularly interact and communicate with Pelham team members & external vendors in a friendly, upbeat, professional and courteous manner.
  • Be friendly, selfmotivated and able to multitask in a lightening paced environment, while maintaining a calm demeanor.
  • Will be highly focused on providing excellent customer service and anticipating guests needs in order to accommodate them.

Pay:
From $18.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekends as needed
