- Develop, test, debug, and implement software programs with minimal supervision.
- Work under minimal supervision to analyze, design, develop, test, and debug small to medium software solutions within Globallink Infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other teams within the firm.
- Participate in the architectural design and enhancement within the team's scope of responsibility.
- Contibute to api documention.
- Automate testing of the software components built by Platform Engineering team.
- Adhere to SDLC practices.
- Provide thoughtful insight and suggestions in code reviews.
- Occasionally provide L2-L3 support for Globallink products.
- Build monitoring dashboards and tools for Infra systems and Globallink products.
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Strong work-ethic with ability to multi-task in a rapidly-changing environment
- Should have excellent communication skills, fluent in English written and oral
- Focus on community culture and future organizational development
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Linux is a must.
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- 3+ years with any of the following - Go, Python, C++, Java
- Experience in building applications with RDBMS (Postgres, Oracle, Mysql)
- Experience in working with messaging conduits.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Understanding of networking concepts - TCP, UDP, TLS, HTTP, load balancing etc.
- Ability to focus on multiple, time-sensitive activities without compromising the quality of work
- Possess good problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all staff and peers

$100,000 - $160,000 Annual
