    Job Summary: The Wireless Sales Representative will be in charge of delivering exceptional customer service while promoting products and services to customers. This role will report to the Store Manager.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Engage with customers to establish rapport and understand their needs for suitable products/services
    • Deliver top-notch customer service and enhance the in-store experience for all customers
    • Demonstrate up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of industry and competitor trends, pricing strategies, and promotions
    • Achieve or surpass sales targets and other essential performance metrics by effectively selling our offerings to both new and existing customers
    • Thoroughly handle all aspects of the sales process including customer agreements, accept payments, and conduct transactions using the POS system
    • Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Utilize customer feedback to propose enhancements to products/services
