    What do you need to be successful?

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Must have industry or similar sales experience
    • Must be highly motivated, have a strong work ethic and enjoy the selling process
    • Must be able to build rapport easily and establish trust, leading to lasting customer relationships
    • Must have strong communications skills – impersonal, written, presenting
    • Must be able to effectively present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups
    • Must have a good aptitude for basic math-- necessary for doing calculations related to the sales process
    • Given our business and the nature of this role, you should be comfortable working outside and in confined spaces like crawl spaces and attics
    • Must be comfortable working directly with existing and potential customers via phone, email and/or in person
    • Must be self-motivated and diligent in your work
    • Must have a positive attitude about cold calling potential customers
    • Must value honesty, dependability and unconditional ethics
    • Can sell in New Jersey, Pennsylvania & Delaware
    • Must be available to work Saturday's on rotation
