- Provides detailed orientated, prompt and responsive service to create a pleasant dining experience for guests
- Demonstrates full menu knowledge and can respond to guest inquiries
- Possesses knowledge of floor plan and table numbers
- Performs opening and closing responsibilities in a timely and detailed manner
- Ensures all food is properly garnished and presented prior to delivering it out to a guest
- Delivers food from the kitchen to the guest rapidly and accurately
- Serves water to guests and refills beverage glasses as needed
- Assists servers, captains and bussers when necessary throughout service
- Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Performs any other duties as assigned
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
