Purchasing Clerk for Rose Hill, KS
Responsibilities:
- Independent procurement and purchasing of trade goods and contract fillings
- Ensuring material availability while considering minimum order quantities/values and limited storage capacities
- Monitoring delivery dates, purchasing conditions, prices, and inventory levels
- Close collaboration with suppliers, sales, warehouse, and production planning
- Obtaining, comparing, and negotiating offers
- Handling complaints and returns
- Checking incoming invoices
- Maintaining material and supplier master data
- Requesting, reviewing, and maintaining supplier declarations
- Participation in internal projects
Qualifications:
- Commercial education
- Experience in purchasing
- Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 (MM)
- Knowledge of xFlow document management (advantageous)
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Strong team player
- Motivational and flexible
- Confident and good communication skills
- Good English language skills (written and spoken)
