Purchasing Clerk for Rose Hill, KS

Responsibilities:


  • Independent procurement and purchasing of trade goods and contract fillings
  • Ensuring material availability while considering minimum order quantities/values and limited storage capacities
  • Monitoring delivery dates, purchasing conditions, prices, and inventory levels
  • Close collaboration with suppliers, sales, warehouse, and production planning
  • Obtaining, comparing, and negotiating offers
  • Handling complaints and returns
  • Checking incoming invoices
  • Maintaining material and supplier master data
  • Requesting, reviewing, and maintaining supplier declarations
  • Participation in internal projects

Qualifications:


  • Commercial education
  • Experience in purchasing
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 (MM)
  • Knowledge of xFlow document management (advantageous)
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Strong team player
  • Motivational and flexible
  • Confident and good communication skills
  • Good English language skills (written and spoken)
