- Oversight of drilling operations (monitoring wells installation, soil or rock descriptions)
- Soil, groundwater, and air sampling meeting State and Federal standards
- Emergency response
- Operation and maintenance of subsurface remediation systems
- Supervision of subcontractors
- Aquifer pump testing
- Inspection, testing, and oversight of underground and above-ground storage tank repair/alteration
- Data management (compilation, manipulation, and assessment)
- Assistance in writing and preparing technical reports, work plans, letters, and memos
- Creation of cost estimates and proposals
- Coordination of work schedules with subcontractors
- Conducting project-related research (historical data, regulations, etc.)
- Compilation of periodic status/program reports
- Production of figures/maps/boring logs
- Currently pursuing a BS in Geology, Environmental Science, or a related scientific field
