Description

Wraparound Providers offer services to young individuals with severe emotional disturbances and their families who would benefit from intensive support in their homes and communities.

Provide habilitation, training, and support to unpaid caregivers, as well as respite care.

Wraparound Providers deliver services in alignment with the Indiana Department of Mental Health and Addiction, Choices Inc, and Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning.

Qualifications/Education

Valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle for transportation.
Adherence to state policies regarding minimum car insurance coverage.
Minimum of 12 years of experience working directly with individuals with severe emotional disturbances, focusing on building functional skills through various means such as group counseling, one-on-one sessions, skills training, and therapeutic recreational activities.
