    Description:
    CIFC Health, a project of Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc., seeks a part-time RN three days a week.

    The RN in collaboration with the Department Chief works directly with clinicians, within the scope of RN licensure, to facilitate quality patient communication and care, and efficient patient flow.

    Implements care in knowledgeable, skillful, consistent and continuous manner.
    Establishes priorities of patients care based on essential patient needs and available resources.
    Evaluates effectiveness of care given and patient progression toward desired outcomes.

    Successful candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, BA in Nursing, hold an active RN License issued by the State of CT, and two years of appropriate medical office experience (or equivalent).

    Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply. Competitive compensation, plus comprehensive fringe benefits package including health care coverage and retirement program.

    In addition, as a federally qualified healthcare center (FQHC), this position is eligible to apply for a Loan Repayment Programs through HRSA (Health Resources and Service Administration).
