Lawyer (m/f/d) for the area of

Corporate Law / M & A / Venture Capital

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advising on complex projects in corporate law and transformation law
  • Corporate law support for corporate transactions (mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital)
  • Advising start-ups and founders on formation, financing, and exit
  • Multidisciplinary collaboration with our tax and auditing departments

YOUR PROFILE

  • Above-average exam results, ideally with additional qualifications such as a doctorate or LL.M.
  • Ideally, some experience in providing corporate law advice to companies and accompanying corporate
