- Process donations within our Blackbaud Raiser's Edge donor database, prepare acknowledgement letters and other correspondences, along with timely donor follow-up.
- Manage department's multi-faceted fundraising workflow (events, annual appeal, recurring appeals, corporate partnerships, grants, etc.)
- Oversee day to day milestones for projects.
- Review active donor engagements and lapsed individuals, and corporations.
- Research potential new relationships, for donor engagement, cultivation, and solicitation.
- Manage and maintain Blackbaud Raiser's Edge database and all donor profiles to include email addresses, cell phone numbers, and complete mailing addresses.
- Create monthly fundraising reports and other database reports, as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or 1-3 years of professional experience.
- Strong understanding of database security principles and best practices.
- Experience with database backup and recovery procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Proven experience as a Database Specialist
- Proficiency in using Raiser's Edge and Microsoft Office software, including mail merges, spreadsheets, and content sharing.
- Strong understanding of fundraising principles and development operations.

- Salary: $30/hr. - $35/hr.
- This role is part-time (up to 19 hours/week), non-exempt.
