Liahan Tennis is a premier tennis club in the heart of New York City, dedicated to providing excellent tennis instruction and enhancing the overall experience of our members and guests through exceptional service and facilities.

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and efficient Operation & Client Relation Coordinator to join our team.

This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and professional first impression for our members and guests, as well as providing key administrative support to ensure smooth operations at the club.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet members and guests as they enter the club, ensuring a warm welcome and prompt assistance.
  • Handle the checkin process and manage reservations for courts and classes using our booking system.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed information about club services, programs, and promotions.

Actively promote and sell tailored tennis lesson packages and seasonal promotions to members and guests, contributing to revenue growth and enhanced member satisfaction
:


  • Assist in scheduling lessons and coordinating with tennis coaches to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized club environment, ensuring all materials and information are current and wellpresented.
  • Manage retail sales and rental services, including tennis gear and club merchandise.
  • Handle financial transactions with accuracy, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
  • Resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and a customerfocused attitude.

Qualifications:


  • College degree or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an operation & client relation role or customer service position.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM & booking platforms, such as Mindbody business etc.
  • A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
