Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Assists in the creation and maintenance of human resources forms or documents.
  • Onboard new employees by scheduling orientations or training sessions and ensuring a seamless integration into the company culture.
  • Maintains a consolidated calendar of training courses or events and coordinates the use of facilities or equipment.
  • Notifies attendees of training sessions, registers participants, and maintains records of attendance. Distributes materials to attendees.
  • Answers questions about training course offerings and may assist trainees in date selection for training classes.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support HR operations, including benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS maintenance.
  • Processes employee status changes or benefits enrollments; maintains records of completed transactions
  • Inputs HRrelated data and compiles standard reports for management review.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address HRrelated queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.
  • Other related duties, as may be required

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
