Description
Contracting & Communications Services, Inc.(CCSI) a Network and Structured Cabling installation company has immediate openings for low voltage cable technicians with experience installing all types of copper low voltage systems.
Salary:
$25.00/hr
Experience with the following a plus:
- Install, terminate, test, label, and document horizontal, backbone and other cables
- Dress and route cable into telecommunications closet, modular furniture, and other work areas
Requirements:
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain security clearance necessary
- Familiar with Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6a installation, labeling and testing
- Ability to terminate RJ45 jacks and Patch Panels
- An understanding of network/Audio/Video cabling a plus
- Must be selfmotivated, positive in approach and possess a professional manner
- Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and good hygiene
- Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work overtime if needed
- Have valid driver's license and good driving record
Pay:
$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Payment frequency:
- Paid biweekly
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
