Your tasks:

  • Technical contact person for object areas, customers, and client representatives (m/f/d)
  • Analysis and evaluation of buildings and technical systems, as well as participation in the creation of technical expertise and decision-making bases
  • Coordination and implementation of maintenance tasks, as well as repair and renovation measures
  • Conducting technical planning for construction measures based on current legal requirements and standards
  • Implementation of maintenance measures with full responsibility for deadlines, costs, and results
  • Representation of interests towards third parties of the technical building operation, as well as participation in the review of services and results before technical commissioning

Your profile:

  • Completed technical/university studies in the field of civil engineering
  • Appropriate professional experience in the relevant trade with specialized further training
  • Good analytical and strategic skills
  • Excellent knowledge of legal requirements (laws, standards, guidelines) and combined knowledge of other trades in the construction/building technology sector
  • Excellent knowledge of contract law, project management, investment and capital cost planning
  • Solid IT skills (tendering software, MS Office, SAP R/3)
  • High level of negotiation skills, communication skills, and confident appearance
  • Teamwork and willingness
