  • Planning and execution of an attractive menu (based on the needs and wishes of our residents)
  • Organization and development of the assigned areas: kitchen, cleaning, laundry, service
  • Shift planning and schedule creation
  • Ordering of food and budget monitoring
  • Goods receipt control, storage and storage of goods
  • HACCP and food hygiene
  • Participation in meetings, discussions and training sessions
  • Leadership and motivation of your employees

What you bring

  • Completed training in housekeeping (e.g. as a housekeeping assistant)
  • Several years of experience in large kitchens and cooking
  • Management experience, e.g. as a kitchen manager, is an
