Description

We are currently seeking an Automatist (Automatendienstleistung, Kundenbetreuung) for our locations in Nuremberg and Hilden.

In this three-year apprenticeship, you will acquire all the necessary qualifications for operational tasks related to vending machines, including installation, cleaning, maintenance, and repair.

The training program will cover the following topics:

Preparation and installation of electronic devices
Maintenance and upkeep of vending machines
Information and communication technology
Vending machine service: guest support, cashiering, and troubleshooting

The apprenticeship will take place at various LOeWEN ENTERTAINMENT branches throughout Germany, including Hamburg, Hanau, Berlin, Hilden, and Neufahrn. Upon successful completion of the program, there are opportunities for positions in technical support and field service.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a secondary school diploma and 18 years of age
Interest in technology and the functioning of modern vending machines
Ability to work independently, but also a team player
High motivation and willingness to learn and perform
Dependable and reliable
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
