Your Responsibilities

  • Complete yearround financial management of SMO portfolios, including full compliance with all SMO capability clusters, projects, and services (~100M€)
  • Implementation of enterprise governance (including invoicing, subsidiaries, provisions, purchasing guidelines, auditor compliance, yearend and yearbeginning preparations, etc.)
  • Stateoftheart automation, reporting, and quality management for all financial indicators
  • Preparation and analysis of KPIs as a control tool and decisionmaking basis for senior management
  • Financial resource management for SMO-IT with approximately 200 internal employees (team utilization), including complete takeover of ordering process for approximately 300 external employees
  • Rolling budgetary crossdepartmental portfolio planning (including annual planning), monitoring, and control of all SMO portfolios in close coordination with a variety of stakeholders from various departments
  • Responsibility and planning of monthly portfolio reviews, as well as leadership and further development of the Portfolio Management Office

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed studies in finance, such as Banking and Finance, Banking and Sales, Business Administration, Business Engineering, Business Administration Accounting and Controlling, or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience of at least five years in the relevant field and three years in a leadership position
  • Experience in scaled agile environments with more than 100 participants
  • Ability to grasp the big picture while paying
