Our client, a company in the South Nyack, NY region, is seeking support (permanent/direct hire) in the area of assistance


As an assistant (m/f/d), you will be part of the HR department and support colleagues at the department level in daily operations.

Your tasks will include organizing appointments, managing travel arrangements, and providing general assistance. Communication with various departments and general meeting preparation and follow-up are also part of the role.


Responsibilities:
You will work in a small team and be responsible for ensuring smooth operations. This includes managing travel arrangements, onboarding new employees, and creating presentations.

In addition to general office organization (coordination with different departments, data preparation, quality control, etc.), you will also have the opportunity to develop and support projects.


Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d), or
  • Completed degree in business administration, project management, marketing, etc.
  • Professional experience in administrative or operational roles as an assistant (m/f/d)
  • IT affinity, proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Structured and assertive work style
