What you will learn with us:

As a trainee for the profession of ATA (Anesthesia Technical Assistant), you will learn comprehensive skills for the optimal care of patients. During your training, you will learn and independently perform the following tasks:

  • Preparation, support, and follow-up of medical diagnostics and therapeutic procedures
  • Comprehensive care of patients before, during, and after anesthesia procedures
  • Work in various anesthesiology areas such as emergency departments or other diagnostic and therapeutic functional areas (e.g. endoscopy).
  • Teaching of technical, medical, and social skills, combined with personnel, social, and methodological competencies
  • Responsible participation in innovative teams and highly complex areas of the clinic.
  • Participation in the care and treatment of severely injured patients in the shock room and in-house emergency teams.
  • Learning the organization and coordination of work processes in anesthesia and its areas of application.

How is your training structured:

  • Practical training: At least 2500 hours in the assigned locations
