RELENTLESS IS A PROUD ALL-FEMALE STAFF SPECIALIZING IN DEVELOPING FEMALE ATHLETES FROM MIDDLE SCHOOL TO THE NATIONAL LEVEL.
We are looking for a strength and conditioning coach who is passionate about developing her career and creating a positive and STRONG environment for female athletes.
A Relentless coach is proficient in weightlifting, has an eye for speed & agility development, and is passionate about nutrition education for the female athlete demographic
We operate as a semi-private personalized training model with a 6:1 athlete-to-coach ratio where every female athlete is coached alongside their individualized program
Our program also includes team training & supplementary sports nutrition coaching, sports conditioning, and speed & agility programs
This position works closely with female athletes in junior high school, high school, & collegiate levels.
We are seeking a highly motivated coach who is ready to take her career working with female athletes to the next level.

Responsibilities
- Create individualized programs for ~50 athletes
- Administer movement assessments, nutrition meetings, speed & agility coaching, sports conditioning coaching
- Provide team training coaching
- Coach within 6:1 athlete to coach ratio
- Attend sport games _seasonally (paid)_
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in sports science or a related field
- CSCS and/or USAW (stipend to acquire within 6 mo of hire)
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to sympathize with athletes
- Great interpersonal skills
Job Type:
Full Time
- Mon-Thurs: 12:308/8:30p; Fridays 12:306:30 OR Sunday 93p
