Your responsibilities:


Whether you are an experienced professional or a motivated beginner, we are looking for several receptionists (m/f/d) for a renowned hotel in Seeheim.


  • As a professional contact person, you will joyfully assist hotel guests
  • You handle checkins and checkouts with confidence and also answer questions of all kinds by phone and email.
  • In case of complaints, you remain calm, show understanding, and find good solutions even in challenging situations.
  • Your daily tasks also include working with various booking systems, including individual reservations, and handling cash transactions.

Your profile:

  • You have completed training in the hotel industry and have consciously chosen to work at the front desk through your previous experience.
  • With your friendly demeanor, you warmly welcome every guest.
  • You are articulate and can express yourself well verbally and in writing, including in English.
  • You keep a cool head in stressful situations and enjoy taking care of guests' needs.
  • Working in shifts is not a problem for you.
  • A valid driver's license (Class B).
