For our "Schule am Forst Upjever" and the therapeutic kindergarten "Sonnensegler" in Upjever, we are looking for a permanent facility manager (m/f/d) to start immediately or at a later date.


Your new job:
Managing a facility with a therapeutic kindergarten and a day care center

Pedagogical management and further development of therapeutic work according to the concept and legal requirements

Economic management

Implementation of individual tasks and projects within the business area

Personnel management and leadership


Your profile:
Degree in special education, therapeutic education

or degree in social pedagogy/social work with additional qualification UZQ

Experience in working in day care centers

Knowledge in the field of therapeutic education, especially in early childhood and school education

You are friendly, resilient, highly flexible and value a cooperative leadership style
