Job Summary:
City Loft Hotel, Beaufort's #1 rated boutique hotel, is hiring Front Desk Staff to join our team. We currently have one full time or two part time positions available.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience during their stay.

This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Duties:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival
• Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Assist with reservations and room assignments
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Must be able to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guest arrivals
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problemsolving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
