- Drive new product development using agile product development methodologies
- Lead product development, manufacturing, & supply chain teams
- Scale up operations departments to support growth
- Integrate acquisitions into Caldera's operations structure
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective demand forecasting and inventory management processes to prevent backorders
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to achieve milestones within defined constraints
- Collaborate with peers to drive alignment around and achievement of company objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to meet COGS outlined in targets
- Ensure supply chain and manufacturing capacity exceeds demand
- Analyze and optimize product cost structure throughout its life cycle
- Desara family, Vertessa family, BenestaTM system
- 12 years of manufacturing, supply chain, or product development experience
- 4 years of department head for manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, or product development
- Experience on product development teams
- Experience scaling up manufacturing/supply chain
- BS Degree in Engineering
- Base: $240k, depending on experience
- Variable: 30%
- Total Comp: $310k
