    Position Overview:


    We are seeking a qualified Global Payroll and Tax Analyst to join our Global Mobility team on a contract basis, with the potential for renewal.

    The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing expatriate payroll and tax processes for international workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.

    This position requires a self-motivated individual with advanced analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering superior customer service.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Review and analyze expatriate tax and payroll data, including pay slips in various currencies.

    Navigate and analyze data within the Workday platform, utilizing vendor tools and source documents to validate payroll production and tax implications.

    Operate independently with minimal supervision, making informed decisions and recommendations for process improvements.
    Synthesize large volumes of data, identify trends, and present findings to team members and leadership.
    Conduct tax equalization reviews and collections as necessary.
    Collaborate with global team members to support various projects and initiatives.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.3-5 years of experience in global mobility payroll and tax analysis.
    Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, sorting, filtering, and data analysis.
    Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with a combination of office and remote work.
    Experience with Access databases is a plus.
    Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools preferred.
    Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
