As a Community Manager (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Immenstadt im Allgäu, you will experience firsthand how the Outdooractive community grows daily with the goal of becoming the largest outdoor community worldwide. The B2C department is responsible for platform management and is the first point of contact for our registered users when questions arise about the portal or one of our apps. Here, community feedback is passed on to the relevant departments and external communication is also coordinated. In short: we are the home of our users and Pro/Pro+ members.

Your new job at Outdooractive

  • You actively support the management of our online community and are responsible for the operational management of our social channels, especially Facebook, YouTube, and our Outdooractive blog. In this context, you independently create text and video content and network with YouTubers and bloggers in the outdoor industry.
  • You contribute to the creation of our Outdooractive newsletter, independently handle user inquiries, and provide appropriate feedback.
  • You update and expand our FAQ section, develop text modules and standardized routine responses, and optimize existing processes. In addition, you identify usability weaknesses of the platform and develop corresponding solutions.
