- Provide technical support to directors and staff, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Drive skill enhancement and organizational efficiency while upholding firm standards.
- Contribute to industry programs, assist with special projects, and maintain compliance.
- Manage multiple engagements, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Take ownership of all engagement aspects, including planning, execution, and review.
- Work autonomously, identifying and resolving major issues in collaboration with partners.
- Assist in scoping engagements and optimizing billing structures.
- Conduct thorough reviews of workpapers, ensuring compliance with firm policies.
- Track time and billing accurately, optimizing project costs and efficiencies.
- Support client billing and collections efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
