Our goal, is to provide professional towing and road service assistance of the highest quality and value with efficient, friendly and compassionate solutions to each customer's specific needs.


Overview:
We are currently seeking Dispatch and Call Takers to join our team. You will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming calls related to transportation and logistics. This is a vital role in ensuring efficient communication and coordination within our organization.


Duties:


  • Receive incoming calls from customers, drivers, and other stakeholders
  • Gather necessary information such as pickup and delivery details, and customer inquiries
  • Enter data accurately into our transportation management system
  • Communicate effectively with drivers to provide updates on routes, schedules, and any changes or issues that may arise
  • Analyze information received to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Skills:


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in data entry and microsoft software
  • Knowledge of fleet management and transportation planning processes
  • Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
