In order to keep up with this growth, we are in need of a talented Trainee (m/f/d) in Key Account Management with a focus on sales, full-time at our location in Braunschweig.


Your responsibilities:


As a Trainee in Key Account Management, you will learn in our 12-month program what it means to manage our long-term customer relationships, be the central point of contact for them, and generate upsells.

During this time, you will go through all of our sales departments:


  • Our cold calling team will train you in topics such as handling objections, solutionoriented selling, upselling, and sales strategy.
  • In the marketing department, you will receive a crash course in performance recruiting.
  • Our Sellcruiting team will train you in recruiting.
