- Assist in the implementation and configuration of HCM modules within the ERP system.
- Support end-users with HCM-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and execute implementation plans.
- Participate in testing activities, including system integration testing and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality of HCM module implementations.
- Assist in documenting business processes, system configurations, and user procedures.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to ERP systems and HCM technology.
- Provide general administrative support to the HCM team, including data entry, report generation, and meeting coordination.
- Bachelor's or master's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR technology, ERP systems, and business process automation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) is a plus but not required.
- Availability to work full-time or part-time during regular business hours.
- Hunting for ERP interns – HCM domain, Tech side contenders.
- Duration: 3 months of internship program with likelihood of converting to full time based upon performance & assessments.
- Location: Redmond, WA (100% onsite)
- Resources will be trained on ERP technologies such Peoplesoft, Kronos, Workday etc. also be getting tech training, and they will work on mock scenarios.
- Qualification: (BTECH Plus MBA HR OR Finance) OR (BTECH plus ERP exp and MS)
- Start Date: mid of June.
