$16.85-$18

JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The receptionist provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / DUTIES
- Answers telephone for multiple calls and directs the caller to the appropriate personnel.
- Greets and directs visitors to the company
- Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
- Coordinates the pickup and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Orders, receives, stocks and distributes office and housekeeping supplies
- Manages Applications of Employment and distributes them to department heads
- Files employee personnel documents
- Assists the Human Resources department with attendance tracking
- Assists the Human Resources department in creating New Hire folders
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and printer maintenance needs
- Must adhere to a promote ALL company safety policies and promote a clean and safe work environment.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILTY
The Receptionist has no supervisory duties.
POSITION TYPE / HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. Schedule is Monday
- Friday, 7:00a.m. to 3:30p.m.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma
- Must have a minimum of 12 years working in an office environment.
- Must be bilingual
- Must be able to speak and understand Basic English
WORK AUTHORIZATION CLEARANCE
All employees MUST present a valid export document. Acceptable documents are U.S. Birth Certificate, Certificate of Naturalization, Passport, Passport Card and Permanent Resident Card.
