Greener is a rapidly growing robotics as a service (RaaS) company providing autonomous lawn mowing to seasonal residential properties. We partner with landscapers to provide reliable, consistent, quiet, and less intrusive lawn maintenance for their clients.
The Greener proprietary software platform integrates information from lawn care systems to provide a high level of service and oversight offering a superior lawn care solution.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Greener is seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy turf management professional as our Landscape Technician.
This position is responsible for managing and maintaining our robotic lawnmower fleet as well as identifying and reporting lawn health issues and status through our proprietary software system.
We are looking for someone interested in growing with the company who will take on additional responsibilities over time.JOB TITLE

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Turf Management, Agronomy, or Plant Sciences
OR: - Two years of turf management or other relevant experience
- Strong communication, writing, and spatial relations skills
- Valid Driver's License/Clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Techsavvy and proficient with computers
- Business operations experience
- Experience with mentoring/training/managing crew or staff
- Vehicle for use on the job (mileage + fuel reimbursable)
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Full time position
- Position requires a combination of "in the field" / facility work, as well as remote computerbased tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and maintain fleet of autonomous robotic mowers
- Survey client properties, identify and report on turf issues using company software
- Design and implement equipment installations
- Identify and report irrigation issues
- Provide brief monthly commentary on each client property
- Take regular photographs of properties using Company app
- Provide feedback to Company regarding software enhancements/upgrades
- Interface with technology team to reflect experience in the field and improve technology platform
