UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center is pleased to offer long-term employee housing at Creek's End, a 42-unit development consisting of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom pet-friendly condos located just over a mile from the hospital campus.
Amenities include all major appliances including in-unit washer and dryer, private patio or balcony, unit-controlled heating and air conditioning, and onsite parking.
As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.
Contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN.Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care.
Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
Monitors, documents, and communicates patient's status and reactions to interventions.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
