Procurement to Pay Specialist (Ariba)

LHH recruitment is hiring for a Procurement to Pay Specialist in the Miramar, FL area. Our client is looking for a procurement to pay specialist with a strong background in data analytics and Ariba experience.

You are a great fit if:

Procurement to Pay experience.

Strong advanced Excel experience

Ariba experience required.

SAP experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities to include:

Adding & maintaining Users & user approval groups.

Creating & maintaining Punchout Catalogs.

Creating & maintaining CIF catalogs.

Creating & maintaining Blanket Purchase orders.

Helping users with Ariba questions & problems.

Helping to ensure transactions are flowing through the Ariba system.

Purchase Requisitions are being approved.

Helping users resolve Invoice Reconciliations.

PO Received Quantity Variances, PO Price Variances, PO Amount Variances, Tax Variances

Running analytics, creating Excel Spreadsheets & PowerPoint presentations to show data in an understandable format.

This position is a contract to hire opportunity that will pay $55k-$58k. Please apply today

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $58,000.00 per year
