We are looking for an internal Recruiting & Relationship Manager (m/f/d) for our Permanent Placement department.

Responsibilities

Your tasks are diverse, interesting and go beyond standard tasks.

  • Recruit and recommend the best candidates for open positions of our well-known clients.
  • You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process, from active sourcing to screening and pre-selection interviews, and you will inspire the candidates for our clients.
  • Get to know your candidates so that you know exactly who fits best with whom.
  • Network in person, virtually and through various social media channels and continuously expand your candidate pool.
  • You will work together with your colleagues on various placement projects, communicate with our candidates and ensure the successful completion of the projects.

  • You have a talent for communication and are excited about bringing together interesting people with great companies.
  • XING and LinkedIn are your daily business? You are also familiar with other social media channels? Perfect.
