TYPICAL WORK ACTIVITIES, TASKS, AND ASSIGNMENTS:
- Point person for mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and errands
- Coordinate appointments and meetings while managing calendars and schedules
- Conduct research and compile data upon request
- Work with staff, the general public, and elected officials to provide a high level of administrative support
- Receive, screen, and route telephone calls; greet and assist visitors; refer callers or visitors to appropriate staff members; take and relay messages; respond to requests, complaints and questions from officials, staff, and the public
- Assists with technical support for legislators
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for daytoday operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Assist with paperwork, administrative duties, and general office work as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor's degree is required
- Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to plan, prioritize, and execute duties
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priority projects;
BENEFITS:
- Proposed Salary Range: $60,000 $70,000 salary is commensurate with experience.
